Grant Wells is a Colorado Native with a passion for residential design and construction. Grants passion began at a young age, and was pursued with an education in Architecture at the University of Colorado. Soon after, Grant obtained his General Contractor license and managed the construction of over 100 luxury homes in the Denver area. Managing construction proved a vital experience, but Grant found his true passion lie in facilitating and executing quality design. Thus, Wells Construction was established. Grant now works with a talented team to oversee the entire design-build process, giving every home the level of attention it deserves so it can be admired for generations to come.
