Grant Wells is a Colorado Native with a lifelong passion for residential design and construction. That passion began at a young age and led him to study Architecture at the University of Colorado. Grant then obtained his General Contractor license and has managed the construction of over 100 luxury homes in the Denver area. Managing construction proved an invaluable experience, but Grant found his true passion lie in facilitating and executing quality design. Thus, Wells Construction was established. Grant now works with a talented team to oversee the entire design-build process, giving every home the level of attention it deserves so it can be admired for generations to come. Outside of work, Grant finds inspiration and joy from travel, spending time with his family, and enjoying the Colorado Lifestyle.
